We are expanding our Nicola's Ristorante concept(www.nicolaslegacy.com) in the Dallas, Texas and Washington DC areas and are agressively looking for Executive Chefs to lead the culinary team. This is a bellisimo opportunity for the right chefs with the right experience managing the kitchen in a busy, upscale Northern Italian restaurant.
Our ideal candidate:
* Has an Italian heritage and speaks fluent Italian. * Must have an extroverted personality to greet and visit with restaurant customers * Has experience working in a reputable Italian restaurant * Has minimum 5 years experience managing a high volume kitchen * Has banquets experience * Must be able to oversee menu development and cost out product * Must be able to diligently control labor and food costs * Has a formal culinary degree (preferred) * Must have a stable work history
