In early 2008 we will be opening a 250 seat seafood restaurant that will feature fresh fish and prime meats fired on a wood-burning grill plus Sushi bar. This will be a destination restaurant with a hip, urban vibe! We are hungry for a talented Executive Chef with prior seafood experience. The restaurant boasts a prime location in the Dallas area and will generate major buzz in social and culinary circles. This is an excellent opportunity for the right chef with the right experience managing the kitchen in a high volume, upscale seafood restaurant.
We require a chef who is well-versed in menu design, and who possesses a thorough understanding of food and labor cost controls. The successful candidate will have demonstrated a consistent career progression, along with supporting, enthusiastic references. Must have a culinary degree from an accredited culinary school. Opening experience is a plus.
CULINAIRE offers an excellent base salary plus bonus plan as well as medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K with company match. Relocation assistance will be provided.
