We are looking for an Executive Chef who has the level of expertise and culinary skill to set a benchmark for this new restaurant to be the top seafood restaurant in Santa Monica!
Job Requirements ? At least 3 years experience in a high-volume ($5-$8 mil. sales) restaurant required ? Extensive experience working with a variety of seafood entrees in terms of handling, preparing, and executing consistent, contemporary seafood dishes ? Degree from an accredited culinary school preferred ? Firm understanding of P&L, food/labor cost, cost-saving initiatives ? Proven ability to coach and manage others ? Previous restaurant opening experience strongly recommended ? Bilingual in Spanish a plus
