Sous Chef wanted for award-winning, fine dining restaurant in New Orleans. Looking for highly motivated, passionate person with serious cooking, organizational and people skills. Lots of opportunity for creative input, with an emphasis on training staff, purchasing and receiving quality product, and maintaining the high standards we have established over 18 years. A minimum of 3-5 years well rounded, fine-dining experience needed, as well as solid references. Would like someone who enjoys being hands on, and who can help keep the food fresh and exciting.
