St. Francis Winery & Vineyards heritage in Sonoma County dates back to 1971 with the establishment of the Behler Vineyard in Sonoma Valley. St. Francis is best known for specializing in premium and ultra-premium wines made from 100% Sonoma County grapes. The St. Francis Visitor Center, located on the scenic grounds of the Winery and vineyard, is a Wine Country destination offering an impressive array of wine and food pairing options to visitors. St. Francis Winery currently produces wines including their Sonoma County series: Merlot, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Zinfandel, the Wild Oak varietal series and ever expanding Artisan Series wines, all showcasing the best Sonoma County has to offer.
We are currently seeking a Special Events Coordinator responsible for all special event sales operations, guest relations, internal and external communications of all special events, as well as coordinating the execution of the event with staff and other departments. Events include winery events, trade events, corporate lunches and/or dinners, and Wine Club events. The Special Events Coordinator ensures effective communications within the department and throughout the Winery and enhances the Winery image by executing professional, organized, and quality oriented memorable events.
This is a full-time, exempt position with a Tuesday through Saturday standard work week. Must be flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as event business dictates.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: ? 2-3 years of related experience and training in hospitality, fine dining, special events, and marketing.
