Looking for a dynamic Executive Chef for a currently very successful 130 seat three stars New York Times Italian restaurant located in New York city offering fun and relaxed contemporary Italian cuisine. A second 160 seat restaurant in New York City is being planned and with more openings in the US to come. The candidate must work or have worked in one of the top 10 restaurants in New Yok city with a preference for someone who has experience and knowledge in Italian cuisine. It is the perfect oppportunity for a young star with potential to become one of the trend setters in New York and to step out from the shadow of his chef mentor.
