The Eastern Regional Sales Manager will lead prospective and existing customer relationship development and drive increased revenue for the iSi?s Foodservice line of business. The territory will cover Maine to Florida for a company that is achieving national brand recognition for its innovative and high quality product offerings among leading chefs, the hospitality industry and key national restaurant chains. The new Sales Manager will sell the full iSi food service product line to existing and prospective client decision makers: restaurant chain operator managers, ?thought leader? chefs, and food and beverage directors of multi unit operations. Where appropriate/advisable, the sales manager will coordinate sales and relationship servicing and development with foodservice channel partners such as: client foodservice distributors (e.g., Sysco, US Foodservice and others) and iSi independent sales reps who have established relationships with iSi clients and targeted restaurant chain operator prospects in the eastern region. Travel to client, distributor and sales rep locations will be a necessary aspect of the job as will active representation of iSi NA at various foodservice industry trade shows designed to increase product revenue and promote brand recognition. Energetic, enthusiastic and accomplished sales professionals who possess a proven sales track record in the foodservice industry and a background in culinary arts will excel in this position and enjoy being part of the iSi North America team. a. Develop the NY Metro and Maine to Florida territory into a much bigger part of iSi?s Foodservice business through direct contact to restaurant chain operators as well as in conjunction with food distributors and manufacturers sales reps that specialize in selling ?smallwares? to restaurant chain operators. b. Assisting the VP Foodservice with specific national accounts and activities in other sales territories as needed. c. Attending regional trade shows designed to support large distributors as well as national shows aimed at restaurant chain operators. d. Provide steady increase in sales revenue by marketing and selling the complete foodservice product line (principally, gas charged whippers and silicon kitchen tools). QUALIFICATIONS: ? Professional culinary training/graduate of culinary school is a must. Prior experience working as a ?line Chef? or similar applied kitchen experience is a plus. A college degree is a plus. ? 3 to 5 years leading progressively successful sales of foodservice ?smallwares? or specialty food items to restaurant chain operators in collaboration with independent sales reps and foodservice distributors ? Proven track record of successful company branding and marketing channel development with Chefs, independent sales reps and foodservice distributors focused on smallwares is required. ? Sales management team leadership accomplishments that demonstrate an ability to work with a diverse group of internal professionals (customer service, operations, finance and marketing) as well as to direct the efforts of shared support personnel as well as any company sales representatives assigned to the Eastern Region. ?
