Pastry Chef at Four Seasons New York

This position requires candidates to have a US work permit. Please do not apply if you are not legally able to work in the United States.
 
Position Description:Supervise, participate, coordinate, direct and administer all phases of the food production in order to maximize profit and maintain high standards and quality for the pastry shop. Develop new dessert menus for banquets, as well as other hotel outlets.

A minimum of 8-10 years experience as Pastry Chef. Hotel experience necessary, especially in fine dining and banquet operations. Prior Union experience. Must be creative and have strong culinary skills. Strong communication and leadership skills.
