Seeking a creative, organized individual with previous culinary management experience and extensive knowledge of all stations. This chef directs and coordinates food preparation, food and labor costs, and trains, motivates and evaluates cooks. He/she is responsible for ensuring quality and creativity in food preparation, and production, and must posses good communication, decision-making and guest relation skills. Their prior experience and training must be relevant to the area for which they have responsibility.
