|Position Description:||Nestled in the mountains of western North Carolina is a small, select group of culinary professionals creating some of the best New Southern and Traditional fare for the guests of the Snowbird Mountain Lodge. Many of us live on the grounds as well, and we provide a very special experience to our guests. We are seeking motivated and team orientated culinary professionals to join us in our mountain paradise!|
The Snowbird Mountain Lodge is an unspoiled, hidden vacation oasis tucked away in the southern Appalachian Mountains of western North Carolina. This rustic, yet elegant mountain retreat rests among 100 acres of undisturbed mountaintop in Graham County, North Carolina, just eleven miles from the town of Robbinsville. Some guests have been returning for more than 50 years - others are just discovering the Snowbird. With such a variety of activities we are confident that everyone will find their personal way to enjoy the Snowbird Mountain Lodge experience.
Our small staff of dedicated kitchen professionals are committed to each other and to creating a quality guest experience. Our kitchen focuses on using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create a new, fresh menu daily. We often serve 45 ? 60 covers on a full night. We do work at a very fast pace on the line, but we also have the time to insure that everything is done at the highest level of quality, presentation and taste.
Our package will include "Room & Board" for the right candidate.
