We are currently recruiting for a Cook II to join our Lockwood team. Responsibilities include: the setting up, maintaining, and quality control for hot food items such as meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasoning. Prepares food items according to standard recipe cards. Visually inspects and uses highest quality all foods sent from kitchen and make sure plates are clean and appetizing.
