CULINAIRE, a dynamic, privately-owned food and beverage corporation is seeking an Executive Chef for the Embassy Suites at Kingston Plantation Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Kingston Plantation is a major oceanside resort destination with 225 hotel rooms and 1500 condominiums in a private, gated enclave. With over 80,000 square feet of meeting space, it is the largest convention complex between New Jersey and Florida.

As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing the food production for two restaurant concepts, room service, poolside concessions, and banquets.
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced executive chef from a large hotel or resort who is a hands-on leader, a creative team player and an artist in the kitchen. We require a chef who is well-versed in menu design, and who possesses a thorough understanding of food and labor cost controls. The successful candidate will have demonstrated a consistent career progression, along with supporting, enthusiastic references. Must have a culinary degree from an accredited culinary school, be computer literate and be able to utilize Excel and Word.
