Two years experience in position offered or food service industry. Food Safety Manager Certification. T.I.P.S. certified. Proficient with culinary scheduling and purchasing computer software including Clock Mangaer, Eatec and all MS programs. Able to develop, implement and execute multi-cultural curriculums for public culinary related classes with conentration in Latin American, Spanish and Asian cuisine.
