Fine dining in The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort! The Ocean Room is seeking an ambitious, creative professional with a background in fine dining desserts. Applicants must also have banquet experience. Position responsibilities include implementation of regularly changing menu, daily production and execution of four-star, four-diamond fine dining restaurant. Position will work "hand-in-hand" with Restaurant and Executive Pastry Chef to create and produce dishes within established framework. Organization, discipline, creativity, efficiency and integrity are cornerstone qualities that candidates must possess. Compensation is commensurate with experience and is based on competitive hourly rate, with long term potential for growth.
