THINKfoodGROUP is looking for an energetic pastry chef to join the culinary team and work with our chefs to develop the pastry program at Jose Andres's restaurants in Washington D.C. The candidate will be responsible for the creation, innovation and development of the dessert and pastry program at Jaleo, Zaytinya and Oyamel. The restaurants are all tapas style, traditional and modern dishes of Spain, Greece and Mexico. A minimum of three years in the pastry field is required and a degree from a post-secondary culinary arts program is preferred.
