Position Description:
A premier full service, off premise caterer seeks an Executive Pastry Chef with: a minimum 7-10 years combined managerial and hands-on experience supervising the production of high volume, world class desserts for a wide range of events for 10-6000ppl; the technical skills to produce simply elegant or elaborate presentations for plated, buffet and French service dinners; the ability to produce sophisticated European and down home American classics with consistency and flair; a successful track record producing a great product, managing, training and motivating a diverse and growing staff of 15 pastry cooks; as well as the drive to meet financial goals. This is a challenging and rewarding postion with an established team of catering professionals.
