Responsible for preparing sauces, soups, garnishes, salads, cold appetizers, hot appetizers, meat, fish, poultry, vegetables, amuse bouches and other items in a timely and consistent fashion; Properly operate stoves, grills, fryers, rotisseries, broilers and other utensils in preparing the food orders; Keep station clean and organized during preparation and service; Adhere to health department standards, rules and regulations.
Minimum two years experience cooking in a 3-Star or above New York Times restaurant required; Able to read, speak & write in English is a must; Able to perform basic math functions required;
Must have a high school degree or equivalent Knowledge of French Cuisine preferred.
