Position Description:
The Ritz-Carlton Lake Las Vegas is currently accepting applications for a Beach Bartender.
Responsible for maintaining a bar; creating and preparing beverages in accordance with customer or menu specifications; taking orders, serving food and beverage items to customers in a fast paced environment while maintaining the overall appearance and sanitation of the bar area.
Position is responsible for cash handling and must do so in accordance with the Company's cash handling policy and procedures. Completes liquor requisitions, set up and/or closes the bar area following established procedures.
Positions requires excellent guest service skills; must be available to work a flexible schedule.
Must meet any state and/or federal legal requirements associated with employment in this position
