Responsibilities: Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of Pastry Department in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of similar experience in high-end kitchens or the equivalent. Looking for applicant with a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a desire to grow with the company. Knowledge specifically in bread making is a plus.
