We are currently seeking experienced individuals in the following areas to join our team:
Chef Sous Chef Cook I Cook II
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Assist in the development of all menus, oversee quality of product and manage kitchen personnel, including hiring, training, budget preparation and scheduling
Should be skilled in controlling food costs by establishing purchasing specifications, controlling shrinkage, product storage requirements, standardized recipes and waste control procedures.
Will train all kitchen personnel in safety and departmental rules, policies and procedures to ensure safe operating procedures for all equipment, utensils, machinery, sanitation practices and cleaning schedules.
Prepare, cook, and plate quality food for presentation to the guest with consideration to safety and profitability.
Maintain food at appropriate temperatures.
Improve and maintain guest services that meet or exceed company standards.
3 to 5 years experience in similar position.
Excellent time management and strong organizational skills.
Culinary Arts Degree, accredited culinary program or equivalent work experience.
