BANK features regional cuisine that employes indigenous and cultivated local ingredients and draws inspiration from the modern farmer's market. Step into BANK restaurant and prepare to be captivated. Sprawled across the street-level space of what was once known as the Farmers and Mechanics Bank, the newly revitalized eatery is a top Minneapolis restaurant. Customers can sit at the counter and watch the Chefs prepare their meal in the open kitchen, while enjoying menu selections made from only the freshest of ingredients. Our guests delight in the retro glamorous and modernly comfortable surroundings. They feel at ease amid the existing millwork and character of the circa 1900's bank building - embodying one of the best restaurants in Minneapolis within an exceptional setting.

The Executive Chef is responsible for all back of the house kitchen operations, including staff selection and supervision, purchasing, inventory, sanitation and safety, menu creation, budget development and adherence, and policy and procedure enforcement. BANK has a staff of dedicated Chefs, Cooks, and Stewards, and the ideal candidate will be a culinary mentor for the team. We are looking for a candidate with proven culinary talent and kitchen management. The Executive Chef is a focal point for the popular restaurant, so the ideal candidate will have great guest relations and table-side skills

Located in The Westin Minneapolis, the BANK kitchen is also responsible for the culinary operations for in-room dining and catering.
