Big Time Restaurant Group owns and operates six restaurants in South Florida and Long Island. We have been a leader on the So.Fl restaurant scene in operating large (250 seat) free standing upscale casual restaurants since 1997. We are looking for an Executive Chef for one of our south florida restaurants. Individual must have a strong culinary background running quality operations. Your experience must demonstrate proficency in obtaining financial objectives, as well as personnel development.Press kit or bio helpful along with resume and references.
