We seek a dynamic individual to be a part of our global world class culinary sales and marketing team in New Port Richey, FL. Your focus will be to develop culinary application solutions across the Enodis equipment portfolio. Minimum qualifications include an AS degree in culinary arts or closely related field, 3-4 years of progressive chef experience and exemplary demonstration and training skills with both large and small groups (i.e. food shows, cooking course instruction, public product demonstrations, etc.). You will be required to effectively and appropriately communicate with a variety of individuals from global clients to culinary and engineering professionals. If you consider yourself as having an aptitude for ideation and menu development that is not "mainstream" then this might be the place for you.
Essential Duties
Demonstrates the full range of Enodis equipment using consultative techniques and expert communication skills to all VIP guests and visitors.
Assists clients with evaluations of their existing equipment in tandem with the development of future plans for their menus and business needs.
Attends trade shows and customer locations ad media events to actively demonstrate on equipment and offer solutions to clients.
Works in partnership with Enodis engineering resources to assess new products for market testing.
Develops test protocols with both food manufacturers and clients to ensure equipment suitability.
Develops and maintains a working knowledge of global food trends, culinary applications and menus to demonstrate equipment application.
Provides culinary support for advertising, photo shoots and other media events as required.
Compiles client data into report formats. Requires proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
Additional desirable attributes would include food photography and/or food styling experience. Position requires roughly 25% travel with some on short notice. Estimated base of $50k (DOE) plus bonus and comprehensive benefits package. No relo assistance.
