Position Description:
Cittanuova restaurant in East Hampton is currently seeking experienced line cooks. We are a Moderatly high volume (600 to 900 covers per day) contemporary Italian restaurant, featuring top quality produce, meats and fish.
The right candidate will have a good attitude, determination to please customers and work in a positive environment. Must take pride in serving good food, and confidently be able to reproduce the chefs menu. Team attitude, versatility and ability to perform are a must.
We offer very competative wages ($800 + per week) and great education for expanding your culinary knowledge. Possible year round employment for the right person.
