Sous-Chef position for one of the most successful and progressive catering venues in the Washington , DC area. This individual will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of Chefs who are passionate about the food they serve and are committed to providing the best possible experience to our guests. This candidate must be able to take charge and must be team oriented with strong leadership abilities. The successful candidate will be innovative with fresh ideas in menu planning, and must be a creative & dynamic team member with a "can-do" attitude. We seek someone who has proven cost and labor management abilities through work history and is well versed in varied ethnic food styles
