|Position Description:||Danny Meyer's SHAKE SHACK is proud to be busier than ever in our 4th year of operation. We are a fast-paced, high volume, extremely popular casual restaurant in the heart of Madison Square Park. Everything on our menu is prepared fresh and made to order, from our award-winning Shack Burger to home-made frozen custard. |
We have an immediate opening for a Manager
Job Requirements include, but are not limited to:
> A genuine desire to make people smile - both employees and guests
> Great organizational skills
> Willingness to learn and grow with an exciting concept
> Great stamina and energy!
Manage day-to-day operations at Shake Shack: staff management, training and coaching; scheduling; assisting with payroll; maintaining food and beverage quality; maintaining sanitation standards; systems management; guest relations
We provide training and opportunity for applicants with excellent hospitality, reliability, and a dedication to quality and cleanliness. Culinary experience in high-volume establishment is a plus, but not a requirement.
