Would be responsible for the educational training of students in culinary skills, quality and cost control-focused, safety and sanitation standards, menu planning, in the preparation and presentation of recipes, supervises and coordinates the preparation of menu items. A Chef instructor will also have full responsibility for making sure that the food is prepared, portioned, garnished and presented according to the standards. He/she must have knowledge in international cuisine to identify, utilize and prepare a wide variety of food.
Ideal candidates would have training experience and hygiene and nutritional background. English spoken essential, forward thinking, young innovative, self motivated, able to work under minimum supervision, creative, flexible, enthusiastic.
