Ground Floor Opportunity with established growing company in the exciting and growing market of Sacramento, CA. "Ella Dining Room and Bar" a new restaurant (opening in August 2007) from the family of The Kitchen Restaurant and Selland's Market Cafe seeks an experienced and talented General Manager. "Ella Dining Room and Bar" will be a world class restaurant at the heart of Downtown Sacramento that will shine in the national spotlight.
The ideal candidate will be a sociable, motivated and independent team leader. Candidate should have 5+ years experience running a restaurant, excel in friendly and professional customer service, be highly organized, computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Micros), able to manage a 200 seat restaurant, have wine knowledge, know health codes, ABC and labor laws, able to hire, manage and train service staff, control labor cost and have a true passion for food, wine, service and the endless pursuit of perfection.

Selland?s has since become a cornerstone to East Sacramento and draws people from all over the greater Sacramento region by serving top quality homestyle food prepared entirely on site.
August 2007 will bring ?Ella Dining Room and Bar? to the center of Downtown Sacramento. It is the most anticipated restaurant opening of the year for the greater Sacramento area. ?Ella? will be a truly unique ?quality ingredient? driven restaurant and bar, seating about 220 people. ?Ella? will bring a European sensibility for food, wine and service along with the same high quality as our other restaurants. ?Ella Dining Room and Bar? will be a world class restaurant at the heart of Downtown Sacramento that will shine in the national spotlight.
