Macky's Bayside Bar and Grill is a very successful 15year old restaurant located in Ocean City, Maryland. We are a rustic waterfront operation that is open air, has a private white sandy beach with a tropical feel and flavor. We pride ourselves on our quality of our product, the warmth and personability of our staff and our longativity in the hospitality industry. Macky's is looking for a Chef/kitchen manager who is highly motivated, has a passion for food, and has the abilitiy to coach/mentor and motivate their team, earning their respect by working alongside them. Our kitchen is high volume, serving lunch, dinner and late night fare seven days a week in season.
