Position Description:
Quince Restaurant, one of San Francisco's premier fine dining restaurants seeks experienced pastry assistant to create and execute creative and refined desserts. The restaurant offers a nightly changing menu and five course tasting menu with an emphasis on seasonality and local, organic ingredients. Mignardise and ice cream production are required. Previous fine dining experience is preferred.
