Position Description:
Join James Beard nominated chef Michael Tusk at Quince Restaurant in San Francisco. The restaurant is currently seeking experienced line cooks. Ideal candidate would be versed in regional Italian cuisine. Must be able to work all stations, adapt to a daily changing menu and work in a small fast-paced kitchen.
Individual must be highly motivated, have a willingness to learn and have a passion for seasonal ingredient-driven cuisine.
