Blue Hill at Stone Barns has received three-stars from the New York Times, and Executive Chef/Owner Dan Barber was awarded Best Chef, New York City by the James Beard Foundation in the spring of 2006. |
Ideal candidates must have a passion for innovative, ingredient-driven cuisine, a willingness to get their hands dirty with farmers, and an outstanding work ethic.
