Position Description:
Supervise, participate, coordinate, direct and administer all phases of the food production in order to maximize profit and maintain high standards and quality for the pastry shop. Develop new dessert menus for restaurant. A minimum of five years in the pastry field is required. And a degree from a post-secondary culinary arts program is preferred. Ability to do decorative showpieces for buffets is also desirable. This position reports to the executive chef.
