Star Chefs: We are still searching for the perfect candidate - This is your opportunity to break out of the daily grind of a fast-paced kitchen and find the perfect work-life balance in the mountains of Montana.
Investor group seeks dedicated, experienced chef / operator for an established, well-regarded restaurant in desirable downtown Livingston, MT. This space is a blank slate: write your own business plan, design your own concept, hire your own staff.
This is a turnkey operation in newly-renovated, historic landmarked building. Both the back and front of the house are fully-outfitted and ready for service. Furniture, fixtures and equipment are in place. The restaurant includes a large kitchen with an expansive food prep area, there's plenty of space to cure your own meats, bake your own bread, and preserve your own produce. There is a generous inventory of silverware, linens and glassware and a large wine cellar in the basement with additional walk-in coolers for food storage.
