Executive Chef Michael Harr is in search of Chef de Parties and Tournants to join his team at Butterfield 9.
The ideal candidates for these positions are creative, organized as well as energetic and will have a proven track record in fine dining. Butterfield 9 is a high end restaurant open for lunch M-F and dinner 7 days a week.
Candidates must be self-starters who embrace commitment to excellence. Positions will be responsible for assuring exceptional food quality.
Line cooks / Chef de Parties
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 years of fine dining experience with a passionate approach to cuisine that has been reflected in prior positions.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of fine dining experience with a passionate approach to cuisine that has been reflected in prior positions.
Culinary school preferred, but may be replaced with hands on experience.
Minimum of three professional and personal references required
The candidates who fill these positions will possess discriminating attention to detail as well as quality control. This will be reflected in their presentations as well as that of the team. Must be enthusiastic, production oriented.
