Come join the culinary team at the Memphis Country Club, a 2006 Platinum Club of America, or the top 3% of country clubs in the United States. The executive chef is a CIA alumni, ACF Certified Chef de Cuisine, CIA Certified Pro-Chef II, and follows the same philosophy on cooking as learned in school. We focus on fresh, quality ingredients and make our own stocks and sauces using formal cooking techniques. The club has three restaurants, offering family and upscale dining. The menu changes monthly with daily specials ranging from regional American to Mediterranean and Asian.
