The Beverly Hilton is presently accepting applications for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Circa 55. This is an excellent opportuntiy for growth - our former assistant manager has recently been promoted within the hotel!
Must have 2 years minimum experience in an upscale restaurant setting. The ability to assist the Restaurant General Manager with the management, direction & organization of restaurant operations to maintain high standards of food & beverage quality, service & marketing to maximize profits through
outstanding customer service.
The ability to interview, selects, trains, supervise, counsels, disciplines & participate in the evaluation of restaurant staff employees for the efficient operation of the restaurant.
Schedules & directs staff in their work assignments.
Pre-employment drug screen/background check is required.
Able to work flexible hours/shifts/weekends/holidays
