Circa 55 at The Beverly Hilton is currently accepting applications for line cooks.
Minimum one year cooking experience in one or more stations. Knowledge of cooking methods including broil, saut? grill, making soups & sauces.
General food prep, proper knife handling, maintain proper temperature, sanitation. Light dessert knowledge required for plating specifications.
Culinary training preferred.
Training $12.29 / 90 Day $15.36
Local 11 (This is a union position)
Pre-employment drug screen/background check is required.
Applicants should be able to work flexible hours/shifts/weekends/holidays.
