Position Description:
Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all the food and beverage related areas and the inventory and control of all equipment related to food and beverage service.
Education: Knowledgeable of chemical and sanitation guidelines. Excellent recruiter.
Strong food and beverage knowledge.
Ability to communicate well with culinary, banquet and outlet management and stewarding team.
Caring and positive.
Experience: leadership experience required.
Ability to speak several languages a strong plus.
