Chef/Owner Sue Torres is known for her inventive Mexican cuisine, earning her the attention of renowned food writer Jeffrey Steingarten, who wrote: "Torres sacrifices none of the assertiveness and depth of Mexican flavors as she recasts traditional dishes or uses Mexican techniques with ingredients of the North."
Suenos, which seats 70 people, is open nightly. Total kitchen staff is 8 to 10 people; front of the house staff is approximately 20 people.
