We're looking for a chef whose cuisine will compliment this extraoridary wine list and to help us establish Counter as the epicenter for finest vegetarian-organic-local-sustainable cuisine...anywhere.

Owner Deborah Gavito recently partnered with Master Court Sommelier Ariel Lacayo, transforming Counter's selection of organic & biodynamic wines into the most extensive & impressive winelist of its kind - currently numbering 400+ selections from the best vineyards & vintages around the world.
Complimenting the wines are mouth-watering vegetarian dishes with French Mediterranean flair such as Panini with Walnut Lentil Pbti (that customers have confessed to dreaming about), and cauliflower prepared risotto-style that is rumored to be an aphrodisiac.
