Position Description:
Chef Akhtar and team are looking for two people to complete our crew, a garde manger cook and a line cook.
We are a fairly rustic group of cooks that have cooked together for a long time. We focus on simple, flavorful, seasonal food rooted by great ingredients. We cook with integrity and have fun doing it.
If you can fulfill at minimum, a one year obligation to us, have a genuine desire to become part of a team, and accept a flexible work environment, contact us.
No chefs, sous chefs, or anything else are required at this time - just two eager cooks.
