Sous Chef for successful 200 seat fine dining restaurant in premier resort community. Year-round, successful business, boasting a loyal clientele, a cohesive team-oriented staff and an excellent reputation throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Candidate must be able to work in a team environment , have experience running a demanding kitchen operation, ordering and maintaining kitchen inventories, working with a catering operation & managing staff of 10 - 12 employees.
Requirements include a minimum of 3 years full-service, high quality restaurant experience. Culinary degree or equivalent experience is also required.
