LuLu Wilson, Aspen's hottest new restaurant, is seeking a hands on Executive Chef to lead our high powered team.
The cuisine is contemporary American with French, Spanish and Italian influences. Seasonally-driven, cutting-edge, food put forth in a simple fashion. Housed in a newly renovated historic building (1893) with a brand new kitchen.
We are looking for a team player with a strong work ethic and a drive for success and growth. Our intention is to elevate the restaurant into the national spotlight.
