Fifth Group Restaurants is currently accepting resumes for an experienced Sous Chef. As Atlanta's premier restaurant company, we currently operate six chef-driven restaurants and an award-winning catering division, and we have an opportunity to add to our team.

Qualified candidates will possess:
- 2+ years of sous chef experience in an upscale high-volume kitchen - Experience and passion for southern food / flavors - Proven track record with management development and sous chef training - Exceptional education and/or culinary training - Experience with Food Cost / Labor accountability - Puchasing / Inventory control experience - Staffing / scheduling experience - Leadership ability / ability to coach & develop employees - Excellent organizational, communication, & time mgmt skills
