Position Description:
Managing Partner (with a degree in culinary arts) wanted for 48% interest in an existing 12,000 sq. ft. restaurant and nightclub. The net profit for December 2006 was $12,569.00 from the nightclub (the restaurant has been closed for some time). The selling price of the business is $475,000.00 which would require a buy in cost of $228,000.00 from the partner.
Any person interested would need at minimum, a "verifiable" culinary degree and a $50,000.00 down payment. The remainder of the selling price can be taken from the profits if you so desire. You must be drug free and have a clean background check report.
The facility is located in gorgeous Cortez, Colorado at the base of the Rocky Mountains and is located just outside of Mesa Verde National Park of which has approximately 700,000 visitors through the Spring to Fall months.
