Position Description:
This is a hands on position encompassing all aspects of running one popular price restaurant and bar during three meal periods and a premier fine dining restaurant in a culinary resort setting. Duties include: oversee, schedule, support and development of a team of 5 managers and one instructor, marketing, vacation coverage including class instruction for dining room classes, oversight of the beverage program with a 450 bottle wine list, ensuring alcohol law compliance, and participation in the Campus Management Team with some on-call weekends. This position is also responsible for maintaining four diamond room service, support for the onsite culinary theater and seasonal pool service with a total of 2 million in food & beverage sales. The ideal candidate would have experience in all the above plus a bachelor's degree, and experience running multiple units -casual and fine dining concepts.
