Position Description: Summer camp located in New Yorks Berkshire Mountains seeks camp cook for 200 children and 100 staff.

Responsible for preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner, single choice with vegetarian substitute.

Knowledge of DOH standards of cleanliness. Maintains inventory and supervise kitchen and kitchen staff. Knowledge of kosher a plus.

Salad bar and cafeteria style dining.

Season is June 20th through August 16th.
