We are looking for a young, eager chef, preferably currently in a sous chef/ex sous chef position that will have - to immerse himself in the existing teams hands-on, in order to be an integral part of the teams - to oversee food production in our NINE existing F&B Outlets in Hong Kong and THREE up-coming F&B Outlets in Macau to ensure a high standard in food quality - to establish good relations with guests, gain feedback, recommend and facilitate changes - to ensure that guest's expectations are not only met but exceeded - the opportunity to make a name of him/herself in the market!
Requirements: - minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial position, preferably working with a multi-outlet hotel or restaurants operation - competent in Western & International cuisine with solid experience in Asian food - strong team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills - ability to introduce new menus, concept designs and arrange food promotions and presentations - ability to lead, motivate, train & coach the kitchen team - to be responsible for kitchen management, cost control and menu planning - good organizational skills - capability to introduce operational best practices across all kitchens
