|Position Description:||Chef Dean Corbett of Louisville Ky. Equus restaurant and Jack's lounge is opening a new and exciting fine dining establishment "Corbett's"|
Situated in a 150 year old home in a rapidly developing Louisville area, this operation will feature lunch and dinner 6 day's a week. Chef Corbett's cuisine is American regional with southern accents and he has been an operator for 22 years.
This is an extrordinary opportunity for a young enthusiastic chef to grow with Chef Corbett in developing one of Louisville's newest premier dining locations.
With a target date of August 07' opening and projected sales of 5,000,000 our first year we are seeking a highly lotivated creative chef for this position.
The custom designed 1800 square foot kitchen with complete Jade range setup was designed with maximum efficiency in mind.
The restaurant will feature private dining as well as outdoor seating and Mulitiple lounge areas in a truly remarkable lower level.
